Reynolds D+E is the one-stop shop for all your interior design and hospitality engineering needs. We provide in-house design and engineering CAD resources and specialize in creating top-quality production sheets, models, and renderings for your hospitality and interior design projects.

Wyatt McMartin, Founder

Wyatt McMartin started Reynolds D+E in 2015.

Outside of founding and building Reynolds, his professional experience has been a combination of mechanical and electrical engineering design with a heavy focus on project management, value engineering, and hospitality lighting and case good engnieering development. 

He has training in six sigma and lean manufacturing, and is an avid student of Eli Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints.  Leveraging these concepts has supported him in the design and delivery of thousands of market / manufacture-ready products across the hospitality industry.  

Wyatt is passionate about hospitality, real estate, and commercial development and thrives on utilizing his experience to assist in the design and development of products and processes for his clients.

Zach Stotz, President & Principal Engineer

Zach joined Reynolds D+E as a design engineer in 2021 and has been a signifcant asset across design engineering, client management, and strategic planning.  

His client work focus has included custom architectural lighting, hospitality case goods, and sheet metal engineering design.  Internally, he is spearheading engineering, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. 

Since moving into the President role in December 2023, Zach continues to drive the Reynolds team to success.

Vanessa Martinka, Senior Design Engineer

Vanessa Martinka is a skilled 3D designer experienced in Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, Blender, and AutoCAD. She excels in creating detailed models, visually stunning renderings, and collaborating with clients.

With a BFA in Furniture Design from Rhode Island School of Design, Vanessa combines design theory, craftsmanship, and research expertise to deliver exceptional results.
